When you use our Services, we automatically collect:- Usage Data: Information about how you use our Services, including interaction patterns and preferences.

- Communication Data: To provide our AI assistant services, we process and store all communications exchanged between your AI assistant and end users, including both incoming and outgoing messages, as well as all multimedia content (such as images, audio, video, documents, and other files) that is sent or received.

We may receive information about you from third parties, including:- Data from platform partners (such as Meta for WhatsApp Business API integration).
- Public databases and information made publicly available on social media platforms.

Message and Multimedia Processing and Storage
As part of our core Services:- We process all communications sent to and from your AI assistant, including text messages and multimedia content (images, audio, video, documents, and other files), to enable the AI to generate appropriate responses.
- We store both incoming and outgoing messages and multimedia content to improve the functionality of your AI assistant, maintain service quality, and for record-keeping purposes.
- Communication data, including multimedia content, may be used to enhance our AI systems and improve service performance.
End-User Data
When end users interact with your AI assistant:- We collect and store information about these interactions, including message content and basic user information necessary for service functionality.
- This information is primarily used to enable the AI assistant's responses and improve service quality.
- While we retain this data, we do not sell end-user information to third parties.
WhatsApp Integration
Our Services offer two methods of WhatsApp integration:- Official WhatsApp Business API: As a Meta partner, we provide integration with the official WhatsApp Business API, subject to Meta's terms and policies.
- QR Code Connection: We also offer a QR code-based connection method, which is not an official Meta service. This method is governed solely by our terms and policies. Please note that:
- The QR code connection may be unstable as it is not officially supported by Meta
- This connection method should not be used in any way that violates WhatsApp's policies, including Meta's commerce policies
- Users are responsible for ensuring their use complies with all applicable Meta and WhatsApp terms of service
Data Sharing and Disclosure
We may share your information with:- Service Providers: Third-party vendors who perform services on our behalf (e.g., cloud hosting, payment processing).
- Business Partners: Companies with whom we partner to offer integrated services (e.g., Meta for WhatsApp Business API).
